Do I need to pay legal fees when I retain the firm?

Not necessarily.  The firm represents many clients on a contingency fee basis.  This means a legal fee is not paid until a settlement or judgement is received.

Can I make an appointment to speak on the telephone?

Yes.  Our office is in Colorado Springs and Pueblo.  However, if for some reason you cannot come to our office we can discuss your case on the telephone or we can come to meet you.

After I retain the firm will my case be transferred to an associate attorney with little or no experience?

No.  Your case will be personally handled by Mr. Winston, who has over twenty two years of litigation experience.

Does it cost anything to meet with an Attorney?

No.  An initial consultation is at no charge.  We want to determine whether we can help you before we charge you anything.
